SaraAdey, owner-manager of Darling Mills restaurant in Glebe spoke about the daily routine of a restaurant. She not only described the 12 years which she has owned the Darling Mills restaurant, but also her life leading up to this. She also described the unusual building dating from 1852, but she concentrated mainly on her philosophy of food.
